  • 2 years MBA Degree (MBA/PGDM) in Marketing / IT (Min 60%)

Job brief

This role requires identification and prospecting of customers using social media, emails, cold calling, search engines and own resources to generate potential leads. Once identified, the candidate is required to drive the lead to maturity by coordinating with the sales team and the technical team and maintaining proper follow-ups. The candidate is also expected to be able to handle existing customer accounts as a part of relationship management with clients. Candidate should be ready to travel within the city (daily basis) and the country as a part of the job.

Responsibilities

  • Visiting potential customers for new business
  • Generating Leads for new Business via Linkedin, Cold calling, Tele calling, Partner Engagement, etc
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
  • Providing customers and partners with quotations
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Providing feedback on future buying trends

Requirements

  • Sound knowledge on Information security + networking fundamentals
  • Should possess very good article writing and blogging skills
  • Should have very good knowledge of creating documents using Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Should have expert knowledge about professional use of Internet Applications like Skype, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Mail Chimp, etc. for lead generation
  • Should have fluent communication skill (both verbal and written)in English and very good communication skill (verbal) in Hindi
  • Should have excellent documentation skills in English with strong eye for details
  • Should be soft spoken with good inter-personal and presentation skills along with excellent client relationship management skills
  • Having experience in graphics editing software like Photoshop is a plus
  • Must be a self-motivated individual with high energy level, independent execution capability and a zeal for meeting sales goals
